My rate is $150 for a 50 minute session.
Insurance
I am on several insurance panels. Please contact for benefit information.
If I am not on panel for your insurance provider I can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for "out of network providers" for reimbursement.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
